Abstract
Introduction
The lack of enough information about people knowledge and wisdom is one of the basic problems in many organization and institutes. Efficient knowledge management with concentration on the resolutions including whole the system such as organization and human and technology resources includes the most important means to solve the problem. At first it’s necessary knowing a bout nature and importance of the knowledge and knowledge management in the organization completely to design a system of knowledge management or developing it s level in on organization, and to consent the back ground of success and how to in tract and balance among the elements especially in order to a chive efficient advantages for using knowledge management in the organization by recognizing elements and their output.26 models have been given a bout knowledge management by different scientists, and institutes which are almost similar to each other as for contents, but have words and phases with different arrangements. nonaka and takoochi is one of the best models among these models in terms of how to produce knowledge that is choused to analyze organization.
Material and approaches
the present study is local study to analyze the current challenges and abundances in the institutes. Collecting information is done by questionnaire. At first nonaka model was divided to s parts to produce questions according to the studies and major concepts in knowledge management structure and also suggested models. Then the par aments may be important to develop the knowledge level of that section were produced and finally determined parameters and options as questionnaire questions were formed lead to produce questionnaire for each section. The questionnaire were presented to 12 managers and people who were experts in the studied society to analyze their credit .finally the questions of questionnaire were evaluated properly and equally by kook ran tes that they weren’t t rejected with this hypothesis 98% of them were equal.(p=0/98). Then they were distributed among selected employee of the center and were asked them to define their opinion about current situation of the center(according to likerts specter) (actually defining the weight of questions were asked them).Defining the effect of these questions to increase the level of knowledge was asked them in the next step(actually to determine value of the questions)then the mean of value and weight of each question was accounted and standarded .the score of the whole center and every level of deviations of the nonaka model was deter minded after accounting to achieve and determine the center level of knowledge according to each part of the model, weight and value of questions of the questionnaire.
Results
Analyzing data(answers of questions of the questionnaire)shows the score of the center equals 2.77.It means the general situation of the center is less them average(between average and week)as for centered knowledge and applying knowledge assets. At last they were sent for experts in the studied society and asked them to score the problems and challenges according to importance and these people s opinion were analyzed by <<Friedman s>>test.
Concluding
According to gained scores by the organization and the list of expressed problems in the organization it seems the organization needs to per form projects and the knowledge infra structures .these infrastructures in clued both human sources as most important part and technologic facilities.
On the other hand the organization should have proper cultural plans to find the importance of knowledge factors as an organizational important asset. Also organizations managers’ cognition should draw to the importance of organizational knowledge assets by culturing.

Ask your tutor for help. I am sure they would prefer it if you went to them because you do not understand rather than not attempt it at all.
Sorry it is way above me, but good luck
Someone needs to spend time with the assigned reading homework.
Use your mind. Think. Push those gray cells to communicate and share their thoughts with each other to form new ones. Or choose to be mediocre; the latter course will put you in a very large group.

I don't know if it will solve your issues but there's some good stuff there.
Data are mixed up.
No, it is not needed. Companies survived for hundreds of years without it.

Before attempting to address the question of knowledge management, it's probably appropriate to develop some perspective regarding this stuff called knowledge, which there seems to be such a desire to manage, really is. Consider this observation made by Neil Fleming
A collection of data is not information.
A collection of information is not knowledge.
A collection of knowledge is not wisdom.
A collection of wisdom is not truth.
The idea is that information, knowledge, and wisdom are more than simply collections. Rather, the whole represents more than the sum of its parts and has a synergy of its own.
in summary the following associations can reasonably be made:
Information relates to description, definition, or perspective (what, who, when, where).
Knowledge comprises strategy, practice, method, or approach (how).
Wisdom embodies principle, insight, moral, or archetype (why).
The value of Knowledge Management relates directly to the effectiveness with which the managed knowledge enables the members of the organization to deal with today's situations and effectively envision and create their future. Without on-demand access to managed knowledge, every situation is addressed based on what the individual or group brings to the situation with them. With on-demand access to managed knowledge, every situation is addressed with the sum total of everything anyone in the organization has ever learned about a situation of a similar nature. Which approach would you perceive would make a more effective organization?
It is an interesting speciality, sort of a cross between a business degree and a library degree. The upside is that it will prepare you very specifically for a certain niche in an organizational hierarchy. The downside is that it might not give you enough big-picture training to move up that hierarchy. But like most undergraduates degrees what you do with it depends mostly on you, not on the degree.
Good luck.
