Modeling Knowledge Management

A. Knowledge has become what we acquire, sale and perform. It is the most important factor of creation of almost everything.
B. The next foundation is outcome to the earlier Knowledge assets is academic capital. It has become essential to companies than material or financial assets.
C. The last foundation is to flourish in this fresh economy and develop these newly critical resources; we would require new terminology, new management principles and new Knowledge Management Values.
On these above mentioned foundations stands on all the new economy’s laws and its profits. Knowledge management can be defined as the tools, techniques, analyze, arrange, and share business knowledge. It can be said that all businesses have usually aimed to be successful through the management of limited resources. Now they can use their unlimited resources, the knowledge their people possess. Moreover, it can be considered that unlike most assets, knowledge is not worn out when it is shared. In fact, giving out knowledge is more or less results in enlarged knowledge for both giver and receiver.
Global Knowledge Management has become one of the most important developments in managing organization it appears to provide new vision into the mission of the firm and it is also the subject of demand about a new kind of wealth. Knowledge is barely as novel a concept as many protagonists of knowledge management claim, but it has only become a management idea lately. Moreover, a large number of companies are attempting knowledge management projects.
Some people may treat knowledge management as a theory but real knowledge management is realistic rather than theoretical. Technology is not made to make processes professional; instead, technology is used to make possible the sharing of knowledge. It is dependable with new process based approaches to management.
There are criticisms of the way that information technology has come to govern publications on knowledge management and, in doing so, often lost the position In fact, if you think that buying a software package to collect information is ‘knowledge management’ you are probably wasting your time money. Knowledge is ahead of the technology.

Are they difficult? Yes. Can you learn them? With hard work, and practice, of course. But remember, what you are putting up there is basically what you learn in CCNA, and that is not an easy test. If you want to do it, I would recommend a CCNA book, since these cover most everything with Cisco, and just supplement with teacher help when needed.
Back to College is the answer: Kent Institute of Art & Design (New name it think is University of Kent) have an excellent course which covers architectural model making. There are also a number of other universities that also offer courses, but most of these are associated with product design. To sucessfully produce models you need to be a skilled machinest, to be able to make anything using plastics, metals and wood etc, to be able to read drawings and think in 3D.
Architectural model making has in many ways been replaced with computer simulated models, rather than true 3D models so you have an option. To work in 3D or study computer modelling, both for the skilled will bring in a good income.
If you broaden the scope of making models you can become involved in film and television miniatures used for sets. Most professional model makers will tell you model making is not a career but a way of life, because the hours are not 9 am to 5 pm weekdays, it can be as many hours as you can put into the week (80 hours is not uncommon) Professional model making is not a cosy kitchen table top job that many hobbiests portray, it is a serious profession, so you need serious qualifications that documents that you can use a wide range of machinary, and that you can work to a tight deadline and to a high standard. A good model maker is always saught after: Good Luck!
You really should grade them on classwork and homework as well. You cannot treat all students the same. Some work hard but freeze up on tests, and others know the tricks of the test and are lazy. You are rewarding some of the lazy ones and not being fair enough to some of the students that so try hard but are not good test-takers. Please rethink your idea of grading solely on tests.
Also, keep in mind that 9th and 10th graders are young. They need the extra push of being responsible for their homework. If they don't do their homework or take their classwork seriously, then they most likely won't do as well on the tests. You don't have to grade every assignment, just let the kids think you do.
